Concrete Patio & Walkway Cleaning
BeforeAfterThe problem
A concrete side-yard patio that had gone visibly uneven — organic staining and darkening in the shaded sections, leaf litter worked into the surface, and grime along the slab joints and edges. The contrast between the sunny and shaded halves of the same patio is the giveaway that this is biological growth rather than dirt.
How we approached it
Pre-treatment on the organic growth first so it is killed rather than knocked back for a month, then rotary surface cleaning across the field of the slab for even coverage. A handheld wand is what leaves the striped, patchy look on concrete; surface cleaners apply consistent pressure across the whole width. Edges, joints and the transition to the lawn were detailed by hand afterward.
The result
Even colour across every slab, edge to edge, with no striping and no dirty border where a surface cleaner could not reach. Shaded flatwork like this generally wants an annual clean, because the shade that caused it is still there.

What customers say
Habid just finished soft washing outside of house and washing windows including outside porch and banisters. My house is a single story, 1915 CA craftsman's house. I hired him because he I had the option of a non pressurized wash. Because my house is old, I didn't want to use too much pressure. He is meticulous and provided a fair price for all the work he did. No damage at all to the stucco or wood from the washing. It turned out great! I see he does other soft and pressurized cleaning. I will most likely be hiring him again for my sidewalk and brick patios.
