Driveway Cleaning
Oil, tire marks, algae and general grime lifted with rotary surface cleaning — even results, no wand striping.
The problem
A driveway is usually the largest single surface a visitor sees, and it's the one that shows neglect fastest. Oil spots spread, tire marks bake in, and the sections under tree shade turn black with organic growth that a hose does nothing about.
Why equipment matters
A handheld pressure wand leaves visible stripes on concrete unless the operator moves at a perfectly even pace across the entire surface, which nobody does. We use rotary surface cleaners, which apply consistent coverage and produce an even finish across the whole slab rather than a pattern of overlapping arcs.
Concrete and pavers are not the same job
Concrete takes more pressure. Pavers have joint sand between them that holds the surface together, and too much pressure blows it out — which loosens the surface and opens the gaps to weeds and ants. Pavers get cleaned at controlled pressure and, where it's needed, re-sanded afterward.
Stain-specific treatment
Oil, rust and organic staining all respond to different pre-treatments. We assess on site rather than treating every mark the same way. Older, deeply set oil stains often lighten substantially rather than disappearing completely — we'll set that expectation before we start, not after.
Worth pairing
Driveways are commonly done alongside walkways, front steps and a house wash, since we're already on site with the equipment set up. Bundling saves a second mobilization.
Frequently asked
Can you remove old oil stains completely?
Sometimes. Deep, long-set oil often lightens significantly rather than vanishing. We'll tell you what to realistically expect after looking at it.
Will cleaning damage my pavers?
Not at the correct pressure. The real risk with pavers is joint sand loss, which is exactly what we're managing for.
Do you re-sand pavers afterward?
We can — it's the step that makes a paver cleaning last, and it's worth doing. Ask about it when you get your quote.
How long does a driveway take?
Most residential driveways are a couple of hours. Long or heavily stained driveways take longer.
