The problem

Glass collects more than people expect on the Peninsula: irrigation overspray leaves mineral deposits that ordinary glass cleaner won't touch, spring pollen bonds into a film, and coastal fog leaves a haze that builds through the year. Most of what looks like 'dirty windows' is buildup that needs the right solution, not more scrubbing.

What's included

Interior and exterior glass, window tracks, sills and frames, and screens. Tracks are where most of the visible grit lives, and cleaning glass without them is why windows look dirty again a week later.

Hard water and mineral spotting

Sprinkler overspray on ground-floor glass leaves calcium deposits that build up over seasons. That needs a specific mineral treatment rather than standard glass cleaner. We assess it on site and tell you honestly whether it will come fully clear or only improve — severe long-term etching sometimes doesn't fully reverse.

Multi-story and hard-to-reach glass

Second and third-story windows, skylights and high entryway glass are a normal part of the job. We bring the equipment for it rather than skipping what's hard to reach.

How often

Twice a year suits most Peninsula homes. Homes near heavy tree cover, active construction, or busy roads often want quarterly. Solar panel and skylight cleaning pair naturally with the same visit.
